Dear Delegates and Sponsors,
My name is Aiden Glenn, and it is my privilege to serve as Secretary General of ALMUN XVIII. As we begin preparations for our next ALMUN, I look forward to playing my part in making it one of the best iterations of our high school conference we have run! In the past, I have served as a Crisis Junior Staffer for ALMUN, but a majority of my experience with ALMUN and MUN in general comes from my own time on the circuit. Frequently travelling this past year with the UA MUN team and having attended 3 iterations of ALMUN in the past. With Jake Cournoyer serving as my Director-General and Saidah Hoyte as my Chief of Staff, we will have a blend of practical experience and new eyes to create the best iteration of ALMUN yet!
As we prepare for the conference, this document will serve as a general guideline for the various members of the Secretariat and Under-Secretariat to ensure a coherent and cohesive team, effective in tackling the project. It is my honor and joy to undertake running this conference that has played such a pivotal role in my own MUN history. I look forward to collaborating with a team that I have come to know very well over the past year and striving to provide that same great experience that made me fall in love with MUN!
