AIRMUNC VI Novice Add-on Registration
In recognition that many delegations often add novice delegates to their travel teams early in the year, AIRMUNC VII is proud to incorporate our unique novice registration policy! The registration price that was charged during the registration period that delegation registered under could be locked-in for future individual delegate additions. In order to be eligible delegations must have paid their initial invoice in full to be able to add on additional delegates.
Individual Delegates
AIRMUNC is thrilled to welcome individual delegates! Individual delegates can register at the same form above, and should put their information in lieu of head delegate information. They will be exempt from paying a delegation fee, and will instead be asked to pay the individual delegate fee.
Delegation Size
There is no minimum delegation size for individual awards. Large and small delegations will be categorized based on the average delegation sizes after conference check-in is complete. Eight delegates is the minimum to be considered for a delegation award. Registration Confirmation
Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email with your registration confirmation and invoice within 14 business days. Payment is due in 21 business days after the invoice has been sent, the date will be listed on the invoice along with further instructions on how to complete your selected payment method. Due to extenuating circumstances, you may request a payment deadline extension. If you would like to request an extension or do not receive confirmation, please contact our Chief of Staff Ayush Pathak, at [email protected].
Fulfillment of Payment
Delegations may pay for the conference either by check or credit card via PayPal. Please denote the payment preference on the registration form. Registrants will be charged a $5 late fee per week for overdue payments. Delegations will not receive their committee position assignments until all conference fees have been received.

Refund Policy
All changes to the number of delegates and requests for refunds must be directed our Chief of Staff Ayush Pathak, at [email protected].
Delegate Release RefundIf a delegation must release delegates, the delegation is responsible for fees in accordance with the following timeline:
April 10- June 15: Delegate(s) may be released with no penalty and with a full refund for the delegate fee(s) of the released delegate(s). June 16 - Sept. 11: The delegation will be responsible for paying 50% of the fee(s) of the released delegate(s). After Sept. 11: No refund will be given and delegations are expected to pay 100% of registration fees. |
Delegation Withdrawal RefundIf a delegation chooses to fully withdraw from the conference, the delegation is may claim a refund in accordance with the following timeline:
April 10 - June 15: Delegations are eligible for a full refund of the total payment. June 16 - Sept. 11: Delegations are eligible for a 50% refund on total payment or expected fulfillment of 50% of total payment. After Sept. 11: No refund will be given and delegations are expected to pay 100% of registration fees. |
