ALMUN strives to make MUN accessible to all. Should your delegation need financial assistance, please contact Secretary-General Aiden Glenn at [email protected] and Chief of Staff Saidah Hoyte at [email protected]. 

Individual Delegates

ALMUN is thrilled to welcome individual delegates! Individual delegates can register at the same form above, and should put their information in lieu of sponsor information. In all fields asking for school information, put "N/A." They will be exempt from paying a delegation fee, and will instead be asked to pay only a single delegate fee. 

Delegation Size

There is no minimum delegation size for individual awards. Large and small delegations will be categorized based on the average delegation sizes after conference check-in is complete. Six delegates is the minimum to be considered for a delegation award. For a current estimation on the cap for the small delegation category, please contact our Chief of Staff Saidah Hoyte, at [email protected]​.

Fulfillment of Payment

Delegations may pay for the conference either by check or credit card via Venmo. Please denote the payment preference on the registration form. Registrants will be charged a $5 late fee per week for overdue payments. Delegations will not receive their committee position assignments until all conference fees have been received.

2. Credit Card: Venmo

Payment by Credit Card will occur via Venmo invoice to @airc-. Additionally,  there is an additional $10 service fee to delegations that choose to pay by this method. ​

Refund Policy

All changes to the number of delegates and requests for refunds must be directed our Chief of Staff Saidah Hoyte at [email protected].

Delegate Release Refund

If a delegation must release delegates, the delegation is responsible for fees in accordance with the following timeline:

Dec. 10 - Jan. 31: Delegate(s) may be released with no penalty and with a full refund for the delegate fee(s) of the released delegate(s). 

Feb. 1 - Feb. 14: The delegation will be responsible for paying 50% of the fee(s) of the released delegate(s).

​After Feb. 14th: No refund will be given and delegations are expected to pay 100% of registration fees.

Delegation Withdrawal Refund

If a delegation chooses to fully withdraw from the conference, the delegation is may claim a refund in accordance with the following timeline:

Dec. 10 - Jan. 31: The delegation may be released with no penalty and with a full refund for the delegate fee(s) of the released delegate(s). 

Feb. 1 - Feb. 14: The delegation will be responsible for paying 50% of the fee(s) of the released delegate(s).

​After Feb. 14th: No refund will be given and delegations are expected to pay 100% of registration fees.

To facilitate your stay in Tuscaloosa, AIRMUNC has secured a reduced rate at the Tuscaloosa Holiday Inn of $119 per night per room. Reservations must be made by February 21th. Delegations must provide a sponsor 21 years old or older to check the delegation in.
